WATTBIKE OPEN SESSIONSBook a Wattbike at a time that you want to train (subject to bike availability).Follow your own workout plan or Wattbike app session. We will change the pedals to your selected choice. All of our Wattbikes are Bluetooth and connect to the Wattbike App and Ant+/BLE Heart Rate Monitors. 2 x saddle choices available (sport or comfort). Session times are up to 90 minutes (this includes time to set up and cleaning the bike). COST:£8 PAYG per 60min session£10 PAYG per 90min sessionWATTBIKE IS IDEAL FOR:EVERYONE! THOSE NEW TO FITNESS IMPROVING CARDIO FITNESS WEIGHT LOSS OFF FEET CONDITIONING RUNNERS CYCLISTS THOSE NEEDING TO REHAB INJURIES Available throughout the day and on evenings and weekends*. All you need is clean cycle shoes or trainers, a sweat towel and a standard sized water bottle. If you are new to the studio, we will help get you set up on the bike and explain how everything works. We change pedals to suit - Spd-SL, Spd-MTB, Keo or flats (trainers). You may wish to bring your own music whilst we are unable to play loud tunes!
