With coaching packages built around you as an individual, your training plan will progress with you.   Running from 0-5k Marathons and beyond Off feet conditioning using the Wattbike Session plans to follow, progressing with you Gym based programs to help improve strength, conditioning and overall fitness

Off feet conditioning for runners enables us to help improve your fitness without the need to complete extra runs or increase mileage. With utilising the Wattbike, we reduce the impact which running puts on the body which helps reduce the risk of injuries. 
The Wattbike is used around the world within many sports such as boxing, rugby, tennis, athletics and the list goes on. 
Using heart rate, power, cadence, time, pedal technique - we can bring various data to each coached session. Fitness testing and progressive fitness testing helps not just to set zones but also monitor improvements. 

MONTHLY COACHING PACKAGES  Online Coaching Packages - from £60 per month We offer various online training support packages to help you achieve your fitness goals.You don't even need to be local to us!   Full Coaching Package from £120 per month Full coaching packages, providing detailed session plans to follow with support and guidance via email, text and skype. All coaching provides structure but most of all, it provides accountabilty. Coaching can help you in many ways and one of those is knowing we will be asking for your training review and looking to receive your data. This helps to ensure that sessions are completed, where often, without this accountability, they may be missed.
