Follow your own workout, use the Wattbike App or follow a SUF Cycling video. All of our Wattbikes are Bluetooth and connect to the Wattbike App and Ant+/BLE Heart Rate Monitors. *By appointment only - contact us to book in* (This ensures that a bike is available, with the correct pedals for you and staff are there to help get you set up)All you need is clean cycle shoes or trainers, a sweat towel and a standard sized water bottle. If you are new to the studio, we will help get you set up on the bike and explain how everything works. We change pedals to suit - Spd-SL, Spd-MTB, Keo or flats (trainers). You may wish to bring your own music just in case our music is not available (or is not to your taste!). SUF CYCLING VIDEO'SWe are Shropshire's ONLY fully licensed SUF Cycling Studio - meaning we have the full catalogue of Sufferfest cycling video's accessible either through drop-in sessions at a time to suit you or through our timetabled sessions*. SUF Cycling videos are suitable for all abilities and provide motivational on-screen sessions to follow, giving guide cadence (leg speed) and RPE (effort scale).
