INDOOR BIKE CLASSES are still one of the most popular group classes. Using a Wattbike takes indoor bike to another level. Anyone, regardless of current level of fitness can enjoy attendign these classes, the only consideration is the length of the class, the majority of our bike classes are 60 minutes. These classes are a great way of improving your fitness and we take a very simple approach to instructing the class. We take the first 10-15 minutes running through a progressive warm up. To help participants control their effort and leg speed (cadence), we offer guidance to what the leg speed could be, followed by a simple RPE (Rate of Perceived Effort) scale of 1-5. This allows everyone to work to their own level of fitness and manage their efforts during the 30-40 min main set. We then finish using the bikes for the final cool down with additional option of stretching.
It doesn't have to stop there! To monitor your progression and improvement while having traing zones to help you work at the right intensity for you, why not take a fitness test to aquire power and heart rate zones?
TRX - This is a total body workout. TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight to increase or dercrease the intensity so each participant is in full control of how hard they work. Within the TRX class, each participant will have their own TRX station.
CIRCUITS - Circuit training can be structured in many ways, we aim for these sessions to deliver a whole body workout using a variety of equipment including cable machines, TRX and dumbbells. It's important you work at your level so to achieve this, each station will have a regression or progression alongside a range of weights for those exercises that include dumbbells, core bags etc.
SMALL GROUP PT - A personalised 90minute workout tailored to your individual goals, training as part of a small group. Small Group PT sits between 1:1 Personal Training and group classes, it's ideal for those wanting to take their traing forwards, have a more structured / personal session without the need for 1:1 personal training. The sessions take place 8 x per week offering flexibilty. Each client has their own workout plan which we then help you complete, adjust and make sure technique, intensity and each exercise is suitable based on you and your goals.
4 x sessions - £60 per month
8 x sessions - £120 per month
12 x sessions - £180 per month
Monthly block booking - attend 1 session per week or more. You can mix it up e.g. do 2 sessions one week and 1 session the next week - as long as you complete the sessions within the month and keep consistency with training.
