COACHING PACKAGES 
50/50 Coaching  
You enjoy attending group exercise classes. 
You like running or riding with your friends. 
You attend a running club several times a week.  
You want to enjoy having flexibilty while still having structured and progressive training sessions planned for you.  
 
 
100% Coached  
You want every training session planned for you. This may be 2-3 sessions per week or it could be 5-8 sessions per week.  
You want structured and progressive training sessions planned for you. 
Every training session you complete is planned, reviewed and supported by us.  
MONTHLY COACHED WATTBIKE PACKAGES 
 
1 Wattbike session per week: Initial and regular Fitness Testing required. £60 per block of 4. 
 
2 Wattbike sessions per week: Includes regular fitness testing to acquire heart rate and power zones. Progressive and additional fitness testing will be completed at various points to help monitor, review and make sure the sessions being completed are at the correct intensity for you. £100 per calendar month. 
 
UNLIMITED: Includes regular fitness testing to acquire heart rate and power zones. Progressive and additional fitness testing will be completed at various points to help monitor, review and make sure the sessions being completed are at the correct intensity for you. £120 per calendar month. 
 
All the above packages include the use of a Wattbike at the studio to complete your sessions. 
Jo, Charlotte & Andy completed London to Paris in 24hrs. Jo and Andy then continued on to Biarritz - cycling a total of over 1500km in 8 days. Most of their training was completed on the Wattbike along with outside rides.

Through Off-feet conditioning, we can help improve your fitness without the need to complete extra runs or increase mileage. Using the Wattbike, we reduce the impact which running puts on the body which helps reduce the risk of injuries.

Female client who is taking on London to Paris in 24hours: 
3-5 Wattbike sessions per week - planned and reviewed after every session 
Regular Wattbike fitness testing to help track progression

* Personal Training sessions as and when the strength and conditioning plan needs reviewing
